The first day of a new year, makes me wonder what will fate have in store for me this year. Last year was pretty monumental, life changing if you will. I had to fianlly grow up and let go of my past, not an easy thing to do when thats where you want to stay.

This time last year i was making the commitment to be a better person, to not allow others to influence me in things i wasnt comfortable with and to not let people walk all over me. I also made the commitment to try and cut back on my excesses.

So far i have been sober for a whole year, cut out bad influences and said goodbye to people who just wernt good .for me. I have settled down and im quite happy with where my life is heading now. So far............

I hope that everyone had an excellent time last night and i hope you all have luck with your resolutions, but dont be too hard on yourself if you cave after a week..... after all its not like your life depends on it.
