Hello all. It's been busy as usual lately. Working too much. All work and no play makes Kail a dull boy. Waagh!

It's spring and the weather is getting nicer. I 've been working out with a fitness coach for two months now and I'm feeling pretty good. Looking good too. ;-)

I've been writing a lot of poetry lately. Guess I'm in a mood.

I'm trying to decide what concerts to go to this year. I'd love to see Dave Matthews in concert in August. We'll see.
