I made Moussaka last weekend and I sat around wondering if I could really do yet another recipe update. So much food and so little else that I promised! I'm still knitting, still crafting and gardening my heart out, but nothing has reached it's finished stages yet so nothing has been brought to your attention. I promise to work hard to finish at least one project, and my pepper plants have tons of little white flowers which is very promising! For now I update you with my first attempt at moussaka, there it is almost gone already! It was so tasty my girl friend didn't believe it was my first time! Even the Bchamel browned so heavenly on the top, I couldn't take the photograph as fast as I wanted to eat it!
