Darling you're in the UK now. Charity shops pop up like baby rabbits in Spring in this country. We might not have Good Will might, but I'd say the charity shops probably outnumber regular retail shops about 3:1. If you're looking for epic ones though I'd say head East. I hear that's where all the cool kids hang out. Brick Lane (the place to go if you like Indian food), Spitalfields market, that general area. Lots of cheap "vintage" shops. Liverpool Street stop on the tube
