My New Year’s resolutions
1. Lose weight.
It’s a bit cliche and someone will probably tell me it’s not good to focus on how I look and that it would be better to focus on personal growth, but I have really high motivation to do that because of two factors. First one is for health reasons. I have had problems with my spine and veins so I guess every kilogram less means higher chances for recover. Second factor is getting back into modeling. In September I’ll participate in French shootfest and for me its chance to create something spectacular with SG photographers so I would like to be in really good shape.
2. Get back to the gym.
I really miss weightlifting so I hope in 2024 doctors can finally find the cause of my chronic pain and I’ll be able to enjoy exercises again. If not I have a backup plan and I’ll join Pilates classes.
3. Read a book a month.
I have something for my body so this is something for my soul. I don’t know what happened but in 2023 I was reading less books so I think in 2024 it will be good to get back to reading more. I’ll start with the super exciting biography of Pablo Picasso.
4. New career paths.
As you saw on my previous post I put a lot of effort on learning so in 2024 I’ll verify my skills and I’ll try to find a job as UX/UI designer and programmer.
5. Improve my drawing skills in procreate and finish minimum one illustration weekly.
People say whatever your goals are, write them down so I’m doing that and you’re my witnesses.
What about your new year resolutions? Do you have any?
