*1 Get up early!. This is so that the schedule is not changed and we do not end up living more at night than during the day.
*2 Make up the bed and dress like we're going out. So your head understands that we start the day 😁
*3 Have breakfast! Let's take advantage of the fact that we are in our houses to make ourselves rich breakfasts
*4 Cook / sort / exercise! We must enjoy the energy we have after breakfast to do something productive and that we do not spend the day doing nothing. (HEAD NEEDS TO FEEL USEFUL TO FEEL GOOD)
