I'm a huge lover of craft beer. My ultimate goal to accomplish in two years is to open up my own gastropub (craft beer, craft food)
A few of my favorites to drink are:
1.) Karl Strauss Brewery- Red Trolley Ale | Everything on tap is absolutely delicious though. Their line up is off the chain, and the food at their brewpubs is amazing. They're a San Diego brewery that has several locations throughout SoCal now.
2.) Hangar 24- Orange Wheat | They use local oranges instead of artificial flavoring for this Belgian-style brew. It's a more refreshing Shock Top. They're located in Redlands, Ca adjacent to an airport. Hence the name.
3.) Rogue- Hazelnut Brown Nectar | This beer is so fuckin delicious. Their line up of beers are so ambitious and out of the box. They are located in Oregon.
4.) New Belgium Company- Fat Tire | This was my introduction into the world of good beer. I was so blind then I could see. So full flavored. They're a Fort Collins, Co brewery.
5.) Stone Brewery- Enjoy By IPA | Stone has made their mark in the craft beer industry. Enjoy By only recently started getting bottled a year ago, before that you could only bring it home by filling a growler at the brewery in Escondido, Ca. This is my favorite IPA they have on selection. Every note stands out on its own, and it's a must try.
What are your favorite beers/breweries? Recommendations? I would love to broaden my horizons and try some new stuff.
