Day 4 not smoking...
I had a cig last night.... it was yummy...
also drank.... & met some cool people on chat... thanks for the laughs....

no plans for today which is nice.... watching cartoons & eating cereal.

I think I will paint & play with myself today.... and day dream of smoking...
