God wants me to fail
The fucken odds!
But I've 1/2 succeded HAHA
My battle with my body is now hopefully a thing of the past, we can't be perfect, think hope I've finally given up my high expectations on myself <-- always cause you to fail
Lost 5kgs in the last 3 weeks
Quit the gym, choosing to walk/run outside while the weather is good, round the lake and gardens. So nice being amoungst it heh much better then the sweaty pervy old men loitering round Les Mills
Anyone that reads this journal and is intrested how I did it (5kgs vs 3 weeks)

I'm so proud of myself, small difference small amount of time but my attitude has really changed no more self abuse
More happier more energy getting out and about rather then hiding away in my bedroom ashamed
This is a very open and honest entry
6.00am: 1 glass pure grapefruit juice
6.15am: training (1 hour cardio 30 mins weights)
8.00am: BREAKFAST
Option 1 Egg omlette (2 whole eggs & 2 egg whites) with 1/2 cup green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes or onions
Option 2 Brain based cereal with fruit and low fat acidophilus yoghurt
10.00am: MORNING TEA
Option 1 Ryvita crackers + tuna or cottage cheese and avacado
Option 2 Protein shake
supplements = thermogenic formula
12.30pm LUNCH
Option 1 100g fish with rice or 1x wholemeal pita and mixed salad
Option 2 Pasta with 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
3.30pm AFTERNOON TEA

7.00pm DINNER
Fresh fish with steamed veges or salad
First week was HELL I thought world was against me ha 1st run around the lake got the worst blisters kinda hobled after that and craps all up my leg bottom my feet bought me to tears
*sigh* but 28 days then it's stuck routine they say
Bring on summer the beach and the bikini

you go girl. its all in the routine. although i couldnt stand for that diet. id go mental. junk food is cheaper than healthy food. it blances out with a couple of extra k's of running or swimming
