Holy hell, I just had a stroke of genius!

I fell asleep watching the end of The Return of the Jedi, woke up in a fierce sweat with a rushing dream memory that scared me almost as much as it thrilled me. An amazing story filled my head, one that I know I can distribute. Definitely. I saw the movie play out before my own eyes, and it was fucking brilliant.

I'm going to start with a short story.

Wish I could tell you about it. It's just.. ah. Gold. No, not gold--ivory. A pair of bloody fucking tusks just got left on my doorstep.

I think someone sent this story to me. I honestly do. It's pre-packaged, the twists, the climaxes, the post-modernism of it! It's all there and it all hit me in what seemed like an instant, waking up to realize that it was meant for me to write it. Good god.. I'm excited. I haven't been this excited about writing since I was in junior high.

Wow, I really needed that. The story frightens me a little, but I know what I have to do..

Sorry if this comes out a strange, muddled post. I'm amazed at what's just happened.
