my back hurts. I got my xrays and have been going to physical therapy.. today I must have made it worse because I can barely sit here. I was told the L5 disk is out of position and I need to do these exercises.. yeah they aren't helping.. I took a painkiller and a muscle relaxer... still fucking hurts.
