Well, I think my days as a broke graduate student may be over. I just had an interview with the Seattle Public Library for a systems analyst position.
The interview was intense (two hours long being question by a panel of four people), but I think I made a very good impression on them. I think my chances of getting the job is 50/50.
Besides that, I've been thinking about my old college roomate's wedding I'm going to in June. It's amazing how two years can really change people. I never thought this kid would ever get married, that he would just live out his life as a professional player and be happy with that. I guess adulthood does crazy things to people.
