I'm on a 30 day detox taking 58 capsules of herbs and supplements DAILY. YES I said 58!
So far its been good.
I cant have any sugar, fruit, yeast, fungi, caffeine, alcohol, carbonation, dairy, red meats (which I dont eat anyways, since I have been vegan now for several months ) no refined flours, ect ect.
I can only eat whole grains...
