I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I'm not a really round guy or anything but I'm definitely not in my ideal shape. I'm 5'5" and 170lbs. With my height and my stocky build I figure I should be at 155 for in ideal weight with decent muscle mass. Problem? Motivation!
I've come up with a plan that would work.
Ideal (and probably unrealistic) idea: I need say... 5 attractive female friends (more likely to get complete strangers) to send me three different stages of sexy photos based on 5, then 10, then 15lbs of loss.

No beer and no tv make homer go something, something. Good for you man. I applaud your effort and drive. I'm a bit envious too. I'm working a contract gig at the moment - completely fell off the path of exercise as I work 70-80 hrs a week these days.
