I'm not usually one to post in image like this but I stumbled across this "before" picture I took right before I started climbing. I know that I haven't changed any more than 2-5 pounds but I thought I'd take a picture and compare to see how I've actually changed in shape and I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Makes me wonder what difference I could have if I changed my diet and went back to running now and then too. Oh, and when the weather warms up and I start riding my bike most everywhere (Including long long trips I've planning).
(Yes, my hair has gotten a lot bigger too)
**EDIT : I'm in the indoor rock climbing gym 4-6 days a week.
