Working the earlier shift these next two weeks doing what I'm passionate about at work. Training people. It's a reprieve from some of the mindless repetition of my normal job. I get to have creative control over what i do and a very long leash when it comes to everything i do during this time.
What's a major shame at my job that I've been complaining about forever is that accomplishments and experience don't get you promotions here. Nor do they get you raises. That's different than any other job I've held and it's quite depressing and discouraging.

I'm a trainer at my job as well! I love it! Although my last 2 trainees quit...I'm sure you won't have that same problem lol
