I get home from work des. 23d, I've been working 16-17 hr. days for 3 weeks now, and it's starting to wear everyone down.

thankfully it slows down on sunday evening when we head back home :-)

The tree weeks in Thailand was intense, the training was hard... Muay Thai, BJJ, and Krav Maga 7 and 8 hrs a day. After the 3 weeks I have lost 12 kg. That is way beyond anything I hoped for :-)
