I've been thinking I want to go on a road trip. I live in the bay area, and I want to know the area a little bit. Either when I get my car back or afterwords when I join up with City Car Share (an amazing idea, by the way, look it up yo) I think I might take a trip into wine country. Not too keen on doing wine tasting, but I imagine the countryside has got to be splendiferous.
Unless someone else has another idea? But no one seems to be commenting on my journal lately, so it looks like I'll have to ask someone in the real world. pssh. the "real" world.
Today I sat in on a class at the Clown Conservatory. For some reason, about 50% of the people who graduate from there absolutely hated it.. and they list reason after reason, and today I didn't see any of that. Also, I realized just how much I missed being in a true (well, maybe not true, but more traditional school at least, because I go other places and learn a hell of a lot) learning environment. I wanted to stay and stay just to learn and listen to what was going on. I've seen two shows by this Conservatory class, and now been to one of their instruction days (for more than two hours, I might add) so I feel connected to them, and I really like everyone in the class, so I hope that when/if I get acccepted, I like all my fellow clowns as much. There's one in particular, Cole, who just seems to me to be the misfit clown, but in my opinion the funniest and most talented. Maybe that's just because he's most like me, but he really is great.
