Starting today, I am making the transition to a vegetarian lifestyle, starting with removing all meat except seafood. Hopefully by the first of the year, I will be ready to switch over to full veg. In college, I was veg for about 6 months, but I didn't have a very diverse diet - mostly ramen and canned veggies - but thanks to the last couple years of teaching myself to cook I should have a better shot at sustaining the lifestyle with tasty vegetarian options. Not to mention all of the new options that various companies have added for vegetarians/vegans.
