Just picked up some stuff for my halloween costume. My original idea was sweeney todd, but my friend making the costume had some setbacks on other costumes so I let her off the hook for my costume.

Anyway, I headed to the salvation army with a few ideas in mind, hoping that the perfect thing would jump out at me(not literally, I am still on high alert after watching Zombieland, anything jumping out at me gets put down). A couple of the ideas: Rocco from Boondock, Jim Gordon, crazy homeless guy, zombie, etc.

Walking through the coat aisle, I spotted an awesome trench coat that would be perfect if it fit me. I tried it on, and I am now on my way to being Jim Gordon. Now the only question is whether to be older Gordon from the comincs(white hair and 'stache) or cheat and be younger looking like in the Nolan Batman movies. At any rate I will be shaving the beard in a few weeks minus the 'stache.

Also, if anyone has any ideas for a shoulder harness for a revolver, it would be much appreciated...
