physics question ive been slaving over since yesterday.
as an object approaches the speed of light, its mass increases. once an object reaches the speed of light, its mass becomes infinite. but in space, it does not take as much energy to generate relatively high velocity, because of the lack of gravity. so, say if we could make a space ship go the speed of light, do you really think that the mass would increase or become infinite? also makes me kind of wonder. though the theory states that it only applies to objects going the speed of light, why doesnt it apply to light itself, and if it did, does that mean that light has infinite mass. in the same token then, maybe infinite mass is the same as having no mass... wow...i blame stephen hawkins. smart motherfucker making me think about physics theories!! if anyone's got any input, feel free. its almost starting to bother me...
on a lighter, happier note, school starts for me again, next monday. yippy for all those crazy ass classes im taking.
statistics, first aid and safety, health fitness leader, western civ and the premodern world, kickboxing, and tai chi.
ok, it was crazier when i was taking biology and psychology along with it all. that doesnt look so bad. YaY for only 15 credits this semester!
