Another day, another doll...or not.
Fell for an internet scam on Craig's list last week and ended up getting screwed out of 2000$. It was advertised as a job opportunity and it sounded good. Too good to be true. But I didn't want to believe that. I wanted to believe that FINALLY karma was coming back around. FINALLY I was getting a bit of good luck. well, if you're desperate enough, you'll believe anything.
I was sent a check, cashed it, and wired the money to someone else. Well, the trick is it's not a real account. So I get the money right away and I think that means the check is cleared. WRONG. That takes weeks (which of course I bet you already knew). So when the check comes back declined it's on me. Literally I just handed some scumbag 2 grand of MY money! Now, I don't have a lot of money (well now I have none), so even though 2 grand might not sound like a lot to some people, it was a hell of a lot to me.
sucks.sucks.sucks. but that's life right??
dealt with it, did all I could, and am gonna keep trudging along.
It just taught me a very expensive lesson.
(and please don't ask for anymore details, I feel dumber everytime I tell it)
But on a good note, ran the Seattle Challenge Adventure Race Thingy on Saturday with 2 friends. It was like a scavenger hunt around the city, but relying that you know a lot about Seattle history.
Who know's a lot about Seattle history?? My friends don't wanna see that old crap when they come visit.
However, I was luckily rolling with two girls who knew the lay of the land so we ended up coming in 70th out of 200. Not so shabby for my first time, huh?

and that's a sneak peek af the colored tattoo on the right (It was all I could find Dave

till next time kiddos,

I've heard about those scams before. Hopefully, you reported it to craigslist. Congrats on doing well in the race thingy. Very pretty and cute last pic.

Thank you sweetie! I like the colors and what I see. But I must confess: "I dislike snakes greatly". Do I have to wait to find out who the girl is? Will I ever know? Even with the small pic I see her eyes are mesmerizing.
