When I feel stress has overcome me I know I gotta stop and take time for me. This means doing something I enjoy and not overthink everything. I like to give myself a break by having something tasty to eat, sit down and just relax, maybe watch a film or a serie. Lately I've been watching "the bold type" in the afternoons when I need to take a break from work, it's nice to have the time to cool down and have my coffee in peace. Then I can come back to normal productive life heheh but I think it's important to have a self love moment to release stress the way we feel it.
