I went to see a movie tonight with an old highschool friend, avatar was sold out so we saw it"s complicated which I thought was pretty funny< but felt bad for my friend since it was a chick flick.. for like.. older people. ahem.
Then I tried to make up a dance with him to do at new years cause I think that would be fun since he wants to come with me to this queer thing I'm going to. I coaxed him into it somehow, so I must make sure he has fun
I'm excited, we are practicing again tomorrow.
Anyways I want to make a movie, based on evolutionary psychology, and why we think the way we do. How evolution may have dictated our behaviours to suite our existence and preservation of the species. I wanted to analyze relationships, and see if people in a way do evolve continuously. So I've been asking people if they have changed any behaviours, especially towards relationships. How they may have changed mostly in the past two years. Then see if there are any patterns and then provide an analysis and potential explanation through evolutionary psychology.
Does anyone think that natural selection still occurs in our society?

fo'reals.
that & one of the things we discussed prior to my moving in was that we wouldn't move in significant others. his "girlfriend" or fuck buddy - whatever she is has been here the entire week. which is fucking awkward at best. plus, she is so goddamn loud and annoying.
i'm going to have to talk to him about it - because they go out on days when i would normally be going to work. luckily i have had the time off and have kept my trap shut.
but i'm starting to get uber annoying considering it seems like such a double standard when he basically gave me a dad lecture when i did something of the sort. ugh.
