I have a migraine and it just won't go away. I couldn't sleep or eat last night and I had to leave school early today.
This is just killing me. There is so much to do, pain is completely consuming my head now.
Any advice on managing migraines?

I am so sorry that you feel bad. 
I had a migraine last week after having a stress test and I felt like crap for days. I threw up for two whole days and was absolutely miserable. I suffer from chronic migraines, but due to having the Implanon implant in my arm as a birth control method, I am no longer able to use my migraine medication. So I totally know what you are going through. I hope you get better soon!
