I'm on the Road with The Pretty Things Peepshow. The first 2 weeks of tour have been so much fun. We started at Otto Bar in Baltimore where we had the world famous penguin boy as our guest star and I got to see halo. The awesome guy who did my GYPSY tattoo. The we headed off to MOJO 13 in Wilmington DE where our RV caught on fire. Luckily an off duty firman was driving by and jumped in to save the day. Every one was safe and all the dogs we're fin just a little shaken up. We still made it to the club with the help of the 3 club owner who came to pick us up and drove us to the show. The RV was fixed and then we hit NYC. My parents came to that show which was really cool of them. Then we were off to the coolest venue in the world Asbury Lanes. Besides that lack of heat it was a great show The people there are so awesome. If you're ever in Asbury Par NJ you Have to go checkout that place. Next was Philly at the Tin Angel. The crowd warmed us up after we had to deal with dressing rooms with no heat. It's hard to do a costume change in 20 below conditions but we all got through it iwth just a few sniffles to remind us of it the next day. The last show of the first week was at The Palace of Wonders in Washington DC. It's a sideshow themed bar with a cool museum upstairs. What an awesome place. The stage is a bit small but it was the first dressing room we had with heat in a while so we were all really thankful for that. Our first days off we spent driving to West Virginia. OK well not driving there just hanging out in garages on snow toped Virginia mountains as our RV got fixed but after a very slow drive we made it to the V club in Huntington WV where they had an amazing stage that fit our set perfectly. On to Fayettville NC to the Rock Shop. There were some super rad ladies.selling clothes there and we all got some great stuff. Bettina and I got matching "I heart handjobs" shirts which we were wearing proudly yesterday. We hung out super late but it was well worth it to be at a bar that cool. Next Stop Ground Zero in Spartanburg SC a huge venue but a real rock and roll dive. Totally my cup of tea. Jason, the bartender with the most amazing sideburns I've ever seen entertained us (and got us drunk) all night. He even nick named my dog "brillo pad" because of her crazy hair. Last night we played the masquerade in Atlanta GA with a band called Rocket 350. Bettina and I got to shoot one of the boys form the band and interviewed him for an upcoming issue of an occasional man so keep your eye out for that. Now I'm busy trying to catch up on emails and internet work. These first 2 weeks were great but I still have a lot of work ahead of me promoting shows and getting the Sexy Stage Maid Contests up and running so go to my website find out when we're playing near you and come out to support this crazy show.
