I have found love for iTunes music store....... make that $45 worth of love. I reclaimed music that I lost ages ago and downloaded some new stuff that I liked and even some things on a whim, it's fantastic!
This whole week I have been "running the kitchen". Now I'm not a supervisor mind you, but I was/am responsible for the kitchen and it's smooth running this week. That included making the prep list, making sure everyone executed their jobs and answered any culinary questions they might have had. I did produce orders all week and meat orders and seafood orders. I created next weeks menu and on top of all that I cooked all the food for the cafe WHILE training a new person in that station. *whew*. It was kinda fun but I'll be happy when my boss gets back.
THANK YOU to everyone who wished me a happy birthday!!!!! It meant a lot to me even though I was too lazy to run through everyones journal and thank them (I should still do that though). My birthday was mainly spent relaxing, I almost slept all day! I was getting over a nasty lil' throat thing that was coming on by burning the candle at both ends. Sunday two of my best friends took me to the Aquarium of the Pacific. I fell in love with a little critter called the Sea Hare (or sea slug), but I didn't get a picture of it. I got some cute ones though:

Roxymonoxcide likes sea horses because the MALE carries the babies...... can you blame her at this point?

I tried that route. I had certain undesireable consequences. I actually wrote a song about it that King Missile ended up covering.
