What is up with me?

Here I am working my toosh off at work being the person you would think to be next in line for supervisor and what do I find out today? Some girl named Peggy is going to be the other supervisor. Who is she? I don't know, maybe she is from the other kitchen or maybe she is a new hire. Either way it's a slap in the face for me. I write menus, do inventory, create specials and exhibitions and make prep lists and supervise our intern...... all on top of doing my regular job. I come home beaten dead every day but buck up when I think of how all of this will pay off. What a fool I am.



I also have trouble understanding people I love. I can't really explain it, but it's obviously what keeps me sitting in my room instead of going out.

I have the next three days off, other than going to temple I think I am going to stick my head under my pillow and wait for monday when I can go back to my job with no future.
