Just had a wonderful massage at a new place called massage envy. I loved it so much I decided to become a member. For 60 a month a get 1 hour free massage and every massage after that for that month is less than half of what they normally charge for any service.
This is something I have been looking for for a long time. Granted it doesn't have the bells and whistles like a day spa (meaning no robes and hot tubs and saunas) but my new masseur is WONDERFUL. He listened to everything I had to say with what I needed (meaning where I hurt and what places I needed work on). After one session I felt some change in my body posture. I'm a happy little panda! Hopefully this is what I need to stop the pain from all the work I do in the kitchen.
