it's easy to confuse spring when days are long and the sun wakes you before you're ready. but it's still to cold to thaw completely. and whatever little melts during the day, under the sunshine and over the frozen ground, turns to sheets of ice at night under the thick moon and clouds.

I'm just tired of this life.
