I've decided to finally go for the big time with my super secret special sauce marinade. Formed a partnership this week with a fellow chef and started laying the groundwork down on licensing and trademarking the product.
So right now I'm analyzing its ph levels prior to sending the recipe to a copacker for production...
All levels are within acceptable parameters! Next up will be production on a Kickstarter campaign video and website. Hopefully I can reach out to as many people out there as possible during the campaign to help us get the ball rolling.
I'll keep updating on our progress although we are definitely on the fast track with this one. If all goes well then y'all might even see us on store shelves as soon as spring/summer 2015!
