that is basically what I have been upto over the last few daysbeen staying in the big city with my bandmatesmy friend Chris is still in Athens after doing the broadcasts or something of the like for TVNZvery lucky manturns me into a felt tip of the green varietystayed in his room for daysinsanely weird bed, just nothing but comfy soft mattresses strewn atop on another with gleeful abandonlike sleeping on air
back home now, occupying my time with paintingnot that I can paint at all, but I like trying to get a psychedelic myriad of intermingling colours all bubbling over into each other to create certain atmospheres, then Im thinking of adorning them with some surreal Photoshopped photos of my favourite suicide girlsI love creating stuffon a hardout creative buzz at the moment which is awesome.
went to the beach sometime in the last week, (my memory is a bit hazy at the moment with me requiring no need for structure!)...it was beautifulI like the taste of the air in winter, its fucking yummy, even though its sub-zero temperatures, the sun seems to shine way bright and everything has a different like kinda hue filter to it.even went swimming, I was so cold, right after a fat joint, doing the old I dare you, no holds barred sprint to the water, simple rules: you gotta go right under, no shoulder shit or anything like that, well yeh I was so cold, like a suckerpunch in the face, putting your tongue in an electrical socket outlet, when you escape certain asphyxiation on the astral plane and slam back into consciousness. It was fucking freezing, like farewell nuts freezing, but so good, I felt like id been cleansed and felt electric, energised, mmm I love the ocean..
here is a picture i took from the beach after climbing the mountain and watchn the sun go down...

devildoll:
I like your taste in music!!
I love the YYYeahs, especially older songs like "Machine" and "Miles Away." But yeah, Y Control is one of those songs that transports me to another planet, or so it seems.
Smashing Pumpkins has been and will always be one of my favorite bands. As are The Beatles, of course.
And I still gotta check out the new PJ Album. It's on my list.
