....as another week draws to a close to open the unknown hedonism of another weekend, i sit and ponder what ive achieved...although days morph at the moment, which is great, since i have finished my teaching at uni, so i have a whole ocean of time to swim freely in, although sadly a severe lack of funds...but i havent really needed to spend any dosh as of late, been lost in the books of Carlos Castenda, they take me away to a beautiful place where my imagination is plugged into a high-voltage outlet...im havn the most amazn dreams at moment when i fall asleep after reading.....i love it...
...had a fun night with my friends in Auckland, drank far too much red wine and went to dinner at the our fave pizzeria, total chaos, so much fun....my friend Chris recently purchased a projector, so needless to say we spent the whole nite smoking pot, drinkn beers and watching films and classic tv episodes and playn PS2 all overwhelmed by the size of the screen on his wall....makes the tv look microscopic in comparison!...so that was heaps of fun....
...ohh and yeah good news, my short film ''Doppelganger'i made last year got accepted into the Wellington Film Festival, so im so stoked, and in two weeks i get to have a week away in Wellington, which is one of my favourite cities in New Zealand, so arty and cultural, just a beautiful vibe...i can't wait, ive actualy saved some dosh so i can have a whole week of watchin films, attended film workshops, wandering aimlessly, finding the most amazn places to eat, catching trains, shopping for vintage records and hidden gems, taking heaps of photos and hopefully metting some really cool like-minded people and having wild adventures...im so excited im counting down the days!!
here is the press-kit type deal i made when in entered my film
