So i had another couple days off!!! woot woot!!!!
And sadly I'm afriad I spent a little bit of money
I've had plans to save most of my money for my move to Chicago and for my mystique costume for the comic con in Ohio but....I think I'm a little too impatient to save and I found myself venturing off to Chicago again.
I left straight after work and arrived at around 1:30 in the morning surprising my friend Josh with a couple knocks on his front door. lol
While I was there I found a new discovery and my new inspiration for an easy to do cosplay!!!
This store was kick ass. Here are some of my purchases
an authentic war helmet!!!
German motorcycle goggles
and a utility belt which I think I'll later spray paint and use as a batwoman utility belt. Anways this is the result when I put everything together, granted I do have a lot of work to do before I get the look I want but it's a little step towards tank girl
After such a successful day of exploration I had to head back home Oh well. I'll be back sooner than I think lol I usually am. I'm just addicted to the wind through my hair, a sense of adventure and being somewhere that I surprises me everytime.
Plus I did happen to take a picture of something awesome again from the road lol
This totally made my day

Tank Girl has been one of my favorites since the 90s when i was in college my first time. can't wait to see your version of her. Yaaayy!
