Been awhile since the last update. I've spent a rough week getting my shit together once again. Lost my wallet and figured out that my parents have been plotting tearing my ass apart (vocally mind you) for quite some time. The whole last week has been speeches about getting my life built back up and making it better. My irresponsibility and lack of giving a damn and such...well, I can't argue with them. There are few things I care about in the realm of things I label as menial. Sadly, these include things such as scheduling, finances, car maintenance, and such, so they're not truly menial. Now to force caring upon myself. This'll be rough.
Anyway, stuff is slowly coming together. I found my wallet and my Nintendo DS in the process! I've been missing the latter for about 8 months. I was acting frustrated, just stomping around for my own amusement and playfully slapped over a stack of hats that's been sitting there for awhile...and it was right there! So I feel much better for the day. Life is good to me.
On the same stroke of luck, I'd gone to the Liscense Bureau to get a new liscense, but forgot my ID so I couldn't get it. On the way back home, driving illegally, I decided I'd stop by and check a friend's house. Something in my intuition told me to look in this grass patch almost under the deck at his house...and surprisingly enough my wallet happened to be there under a pile of chairs!
My luck knows almost no bounds most of the time. It's a bit scary, but I've come to rely upon it.
