I've been seriously considering my first piercings. The only ones that I personally have an interest in are a double apadravya (one on each side of my urethra...not through it like many apadravyas are done because I'd be concerned about complications with that) and my nipples done with horizontal bars.
I'm more interested in the apadravya than the nipples. Also, my wife is not a fan of nipple piercings on guys.
I've been told that it's not recommended for such a hard-core piercing to be your first. But there's really nothing else I'm interested in.

The picture there is of a single one through the urethra. Mine would have one on each side. The balls on the lower side of the piercing would be at the base of the head of the penis. The balls on the upper side would be near the tip.
My biggest concern would be getting the right person to do this and making sure there was no nerve damage. Not an area I'd want to lose sensation.
