Putting this under the category of adventure, even though there is a work category....I'm changing jobs and I feel like it will be an adventure. New location. New experiences. New responsibilities. New coworkers. New bosses. New patients.

Life serves the risk taker!! That's way cool. I personally really like working on my own and having stuff my way haha. Definitely could be intimidating in a medical field, though! I only have one lady's life in my hands and I'm pretty damn paranoid about that!

And about the oil spill-I think it depends how you look at catastrophe. Yes, this is definitely HUGE and overwhelming, but I think of things like how 90% of the big fish in the ocean are gone, the sudden collaspe of songbird populations, mass extinction of amphibians, the tar sands, plastic. This oil spill could very well outweigh all of these. I just fear that people are deeming this such a disaster because of the human toll as well, and aren't fully realizing how totally fucked we already were, but most certainly are now!
