I really dont know what to do here is the deal........
I am a Qc where I work and my girlfrind gives lunches and shit so now for some odd reason even tho she was booted out of qc she is great to the floor supervisor so sometimes she fills in and runs the floor.So tonight I go and tell her hey all these parts we are running are bad what do you want to do....she says she does not know,I cant tell people to stop running so about an hour after that me and MY boss get the main guy over the part in there to say they are bad not to run them.The floor supervisor gets pissed and wants to know why we ran over 100 bad parts in an hour and my girlfrined says well he never told me they were bad!
Throws my ass under the bus to save hers!This is bull shit and total back stabbing in my book.Hell My boess told me to go home not because she was pissed but because she knew what went on and thought I would say something or do something to cost me my job.

Remember man, someone only has the authority over you that you give them, It is always better to ask for forgiveness for making a bad call than to try to explain why you let a bad situation get worse. if the person above you doesen't know what to do find someone who does. if you are carefull about it you can go over someones head and not get anyone in the shit. And remember man, when people are under pressure they will do things that they never would otherwise. Unless she is completley worthless you have a true apology coming. If not then you have learned something about her charachter
