All i can say is that it hurt like a bitch!!!!!!!!!!!
I will poste a pica as soon as the swelling has gone down.

Haha, yeah, it does hurt!
They do have harnesses and straps and all but the problem is that Dave made a mistake and tied off to the beam he was working on and when the bolts that were holding the beam sheared off, he fell with it.

I look forward to seeing them when the swelling goes down. So far this week I have been mostly home with a tummy bug frown I should be better by tomorrow.
