The question of the weekend....
What's up with people drinking Pabst Blue Ribbon?
When I was a teen, I would drink anything with a slight alcoholic content. I particularly liked cheap beer. Bergie, Carling, Schmidt you name it, I drank it! As I got older, my tastes became more sophisticated. I went from the cheap stuff to Guinness, Heineken, and Labatt's. I like the fact they have more alcohol content and not so much soda pop like the cheap stuff. I guess my journeys to Europe long ago reinforced my tastes. Yeah. I am a beer snob.
I also cannot understand why everybody in Portland is so enamored with PBR. I guess it's better than Wienhard's. That stuff gives me bad headaches.

I don't understand the PBR obsession either. It's spreading across the country really. That shit is nasty. When I was in Portland, we drank a lot of Fat Tire. Mmmm...Fat Tire...
