Today I have to go to my job's picnic. I am of two minds going to this thing. Sure free food is always cool but there are some people at my job that I would rather not see. It is also bad enough they decided to have the picnic the day before you have to go back to work. Hopefully I will cope. Also, it is clear the fuck across town near an area I would rather not go to. White Center, a pretty shitty 'hood on the southside of Seattle. Please wish me luck.
UPDATE: Well I went and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. They had some games and a money raffle. I won $50 and "A Fish Called Wanda" DVD. The only thing though is that there was no alcohol there.
And the dude that I was hoping was not there was not there so it turned out well.
