I like music with swearing because you can "FEEL" it more. When Eminem says "fuck" I stop and listen to waht's coming next, (and it's usually funny and genius at the same time).
I like stuff that invokes emotion, makes you think, artists with an opinion, or artists that talk about LIFE! Not "ooh, babybaby, I love your little kisses" and shit like that. That's pop for 12 year olds, (and I liked it back then). Once I started living life and growing up, I realized there was more to music and boring stuff just doesn't do it for me anymore.
Know what I'm sayin' ?

Don't you think that sometimes, swearing can be overused? When Eminem says "fuck", is it really a surprise? I have no problem w/ that kind of language, but it can get tired when that's all there is. I think it has a greater effect and challenges the audience more when used with a little more restraint.
