Well, I'm back online after what seemed to me to be a lengthy hiatus. Checking the dates on my posts, though, have confirmed it to be only a month or so. Apparently, it just seemed like forever because I was living back home for the first time since i was a teenager and had no access to porn.
Now that ski season is officially over (and apparently, we angered the ski gods a little by pushing our luck), i'm looking forward to summer. I miss my old apartment like crazy and between that and having my scooter in the shop (for THREE FUCKING WEEKS, no less), I'm feeling like a kid again and not in the good way. Having my own place created more work and required more time, so I had fewer hobbies than I seem to need now. I haven't had this much time on my hands since before I was married and it's really disconcerting. You know that feeling you get when you're ten years old, it's halfway through summer vacation and you've already spent your allowance on candy...so you just lie on the sofa on a hot day, staring at the ceiling and thinking about how bored you are? That's how I've been feeling lately. I'd completely forgottten what it was like. I suddenly need to find drastically more uses for my time (as evidenced by this run-on blog entry)
Have spent much of the weekend re-reading American Gods. It's just as amazing the second time.
My main goal for today is to tentatively plan a holiday and make a list of things i want to accomplish this summer because otherwise, I might just lie around on my sofa.

But if you had some to spare, I'll take 'em off your hands...
Looking forward to the scooter ride tomorrow night I hope?
I had to live with my parents during my internship. It was eight kinds of disconcerting.
