I can't even begin to pretend I have the time to break down my Comic-Con experience, but the most important part was this, my new Cthulhu tattoo, drawn for me by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, and lovingly pimped out and tattooed on me by my dear friend Sean Herman. Thanks Sean, you're the fucking coolest. What an amazing gift.

And - of course. It's always a pleasure to host for friends. Even when I can barely recall it.

One moment sticks in my head clear as day though. I was all slurry and said something about you giving WoG a bad review and you said "I didn't write that" and something about the look in your eyes I instantly understood how difficult it must be to run THE magazine of our genre and have friends say such things.

It's weird cause its, like, the only thing I remember clearly.
