Los Angeles, 2019
I've been in LA the last few weeks and I have to say "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe." Thanks to my pal Charlie de Lauzirika (producer of the Blade Runner Ultimate Edition DVD collection, filmmaker), I walked on the fucking green carpet at the Jules Verne Awards show and Blade Runner gala and attended the private party at the Bradbury building - where some of the film was shot. It had to be the best night of my life. Don't forget to watch those DVD featurettes and look for me, I'm thrilled to be a part of it.

Clarlie, the reason I got to be part of all this stuff!
I never thought my Blade Runner tattoo sleeve would yeild such great returns one day. I met a ton of people who were involved with the film, including Ridley Scott, who said my tattoo was extremely sexy. Damn right it is!
Other cool things I've done while in LA:
-went to the Getty with my best friend Rob Bottin and nearly peed ourselves renaming each painting we observed (Rob is the most talented SFX artist in the world - The Thing, The Howling, Legend, Total Recall, and so on)
-rocked with Twisted Sister while they played live in the Rock Line studio
-ate raw meat and rocked out several times with the legendary Del James
-was number 24 of 450 in my pal Kat Von D's guiness world record for most tattoos in 24 hours
-listened to Dizzy (Guns n' Roses) tell some very interesting stories
-saw Social Distortion, almost got in a fight
-being a Slayer typhoon at Scotty Slam's
-showing up at 4 am twice at Scotty Slam's (and he still loves me)
-Mike Mendez's wicked Xmas Party
-many nights at the Kat Club and the Rainbow
and much more before I leave. I don't want to come home!
