At the Dimebag Darrell Tribute Guitar Auction and Jam at the House of Blues in LA, my baby Bob Tyrrell (who created a guitar for the collection) and I got to sing back up to Pantera's "Walk" with Ace Frehley and John 5 (Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie) on guitar, Vinne Paul (Pantera, Hell Yeah) on drums, our pal Scott Ian (Anthrax) on bass, among others. It was an amazing night, especially for this
Dimebag fan.
Ace Frehley (Kiss), John5, Rita (Dime's widow), the amazing Pearl (Scott Ian's lady), my lucky ass self - and part of Bob's bald beautiful head on stage at the end of the show:
Backstage with John5 and Ace:
Bob tattooed a black tooth on Scott Ian the following night in memory of Dime (Bob, Kerry King and myself have black tooth tattoos from Jeremiah Barba -see older post).
A closeup of Scott's Black Tooth:
Me and Pearl getting friendly:
At Scott's house, with Gene Simmons' Kiss axe!
This is a shot of Bob's guitar. It's a Black Tooth Grin design (Dime's favourite drink). He's holding a shot up and there's a skeleton downing one. It's also got a black molar on the head. So cool! A fan now owns it.
More photos to come as I have the time to resize and upload them. In the meantime, here's an amazing portrait Bob did of Dime:
The same weekend we made sure to visit some friends. Here we are sharing a Phantasmeal with Gigi Bannister, Angus Scrimm, Don Coscarelli and Reggie "The Ice Cream Man" Bannister. I love the Phantasm family. They're such great people.
While in town I stopped by Fango twice to support my friend Tony. It was an incredbile turn-out, sold out on Saturday. Next year they're moving to the LA convention centre. It's great to see so many people supporting the genre. Keep it up, kids!
As always, I stayed with my good friend Spooky Dan (the coolest Goth guy I know). Here we are with artist Peter Mihaichuk. You should check out his website.
While I'm at it, here's a photo of my retarded Pugg, Godzilla.
Aaaand a shot of the Deadly Spawn for spice!
Still waiting on Fractal to send me the photos of our visit with her and Nak. Get off your ass you lazy Slunt!! Everyone wants to see your Chicken tattoo! Give Steve a hug for me by the way. What a droopy, wrinkly weirdo he is....

If you're EVER in Pittsburgh, it's a great spot to eat and not feel like you have to BE anyone, and the food KICKS ASS.
When I told her you said FUCK OFF she said "Hahahah, that crazy ass bitch."
