I've been noticing that sexuality is following me more than I would like. I was a stripper and it was very expected and understood what I was there for. Now I am a writer and in a band and still i can't shake the aftermath of wearing it on my sleeve. I cringe when I have friends say 'well, don't dress cute for shows" or "it's your choice". Of course, it's my choice but just the fact that I would have to CONTEMPLATE what to wear for a show means that it's an issue and it's interactive, not just me.
My work has asked me to pose for the paper where the photographer used the words "skin" and what not and I happily complied becaus i want a full-time job there. It's a sacrafice you make, but it saddens me that the other male intern doesn't have to confront these issues as much. Then, they asked me to do their celebrity strip jeapordy this week, and again I complied. I think that is less to do with sex, as everybody does it...but it's just funny the things I find myself doing.
In other news, my first album review came out this week on Point Line Plane for those of you that live in Portland.
In other news....the Doug Fir is pretty swank...I think Portland is becoming LA
In other news, I am keep up my banjo practice...no worries.

so strange the things that people still have to deal with in life, isn't it?
