1) I almost fell from a 50 foot girder because there was not only a supervisor who was refusing to break jams (which is actually the main part of his job as a sort supervisor) causing me to climb the fuck up there and do it myself (which is not part of my job as a training supervisor), then because I was on the belts, I had them turned off, but some fucking wiseass decided to start yelling to turn them back on, while I was on them.
2) I got mad at the whole situation, first because I almost died, second because I've already brought the kid who was yelling to turn the belt on (among many other people) to the attention of the area coordinator, who has done jack shit to hold anyone accountable, third because if I had stopped a belt, almost shut down the whole building and almost cause harm to others, I would have been fired, but the supervisor in question is instead being fast tracked to promotion to full time coordinator.
Now, when I say mad, I mean, I was shaking and ready to hit someone, so I did the rational thing, and found the coordinator, bitched him out at the top of my lungs for like 5 minutes in front of everyone and then walked away. He then proceded to follow me trying to bitch me out about how he's a coordinator and he should be respected as such, to which I replied then start acting like a fucking coordinator and do something about his shitty employees.
3) I made no new friends becasue I am pretty sure there is a large group of people who are soon to be in deep shit from the stuff I said.
sounds good...
