That being said I'm not looking to move into a house right now. I have no money. But this house is cheap and I can have it no matter what. Well, so long as I can pay.
I like that. One day I'll own this house. And it's so inexpensive that I can use the leftover money to buy a helicopter and tool around in that. Good.
