I think I might have bought a house and I am not even entirely sure how it happened. My aunt is like a second mom to me, and she gives me entirely too much credit for getting her current restaurant off the ground. This is my family's thing, we're business people. So when her restaurant blew up, she helped get one of my own, which has just barely started to stabilize after two years. My aunts place was making money after two months. Location is everything. Annoyingly enough I thought I had a great location, but I digress. So she's been helping me out for two years, and now she wants me to buy her house, because she's moving into a brand new bad ass house that she had built for her. Note: in San Antonio, a $200,000 house is like a mansion. Another note: SA is a great place to live, big town with a small town mentality and cheaper than hell. Go Spurs. I lived in Austin for five years, and you practically have to move 40 miles away to buy a really nice house. I'm psyched. My aunt's house was a piece of crap, but she spent a lot of money to fix it up, and now it's practically a new house. I'm so psyched. I'm BUYING a HOUSE. I think that means I'm a grownup. Does it count when it kinda fell in my lap. I don't think it does, so I'll keep making fart noises whenever random people bend over. Party at my place!
